Sprouting mustard seeds

3 | tablespoons | Mustard seed |
Directions
Use 3 tablespoons in a quart jar, or tray sprout which will yield about 1 quart of sprouts. Do not soak.
Rinse 2 to 3 times daily for 4 to 5 days. Move into sunlight to green.
Harvest when the sprouts are 1 to 1-½ inches long. Use in salads, juices, or as garnish.
