Sprouting flax seeds

1 | each | Prepared tray |
¼ | cup | Flax seed |
Directions
Use ¼ cup in a clay saucer, or tray sprout, which will yield about 1 cup of sprouts.
Without soaking or rinsing the seeds, mist with water 3 times daily for 3 to 5 days. Move into sunlight to green.
Harvest when sprouts are 1 to 1-½ inches long. Use in salads or juices.
