Ingredients

10 pounds Ham
2 cans Beer
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
cup Dark brown sugar
1 small Can frozen orange juice,
Concentrate
1 teaspoon Ground cloves
Whole cloves, opt

Directions

Mix beer, mustard, sugar, OJ and ground cloves. Bring to a boil. Put ham in baking pan, score into diamonds, stud with whole cloves if using. Pour sauce over ham. Place in 325 oven and bake for 10 minutes per pound. During last 40 minutes, baste every 10 minutes.
