Steak and bean chowder

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¾ pounds Boneless beef sirloin steak; cut in 1/2\" cubes
1 medium Onion; chopped
2 cans (14.5 oz.) whole tomatoes, undrained; cut up
1 can (15 oz.) spicy chili beans; undrained
2 Baking potatoes, unpeeeled; cut into 1/2\" cubes
½ teaspoon Cumin

Directions

Spray nonstick Dutch oven or large saucepan with nonstick cooking spray.

Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Add beef; cook and stir until no longer pink.

Add onion; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; partially cover and simmer 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

Makes 4 servings--320 calories--45 calories from fat--5 grams fat.
