| 1 | can | (8 oz) tomato sauce |
| ¼ | cup | brown sugar |
| ¼ | cup | vinegar |
| 1 | teaspoon | mustard |
| 2 | pounds | ground beef |
| 1 | cup | sliced mushrooms |
| 1 | each | egg, slightly beaten |
| ¼ | cup | onion minced |
| ¼ | cup | crushed crackers |
| 1 | teaspoon | salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | pepper |
Directions
Combine first 4 ingredients to make sauce. Combine remaining ingredients, kneading together with hands. Add ½ tomato sauce mixture. Put in loaf pan. Pour remaining sauce over loaf. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
