Sweet and sour ribs

¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
2 | pounds | Beef short ribs, cut into |

1 | cup | Onion, sliced |
⅓ | cup | Catsup |
2 | tablespoons | Soy sauce |
2 | tablespoons | Worcestershire sauce |
1 | tablespoon | Vinegar |
½ | cup | Water |
Directions
1. Combine flour, sugar, salt and pepper on waxed paper. Roll ribs in the mixture, coating them on all sides and shaking off excess.
2. Arrange ribs in a baking dish or pan in a single layer. Layer onions over ribs. Combine catsup, soysauce, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar and water in a small bowl; pour over ribs.
3. Braise, covered in a 325 oven for 1-½ hours, basting occasionally with pan sauce. Uncover; continue cooking for 1-½ hours longer or until ribs are glazed and very tender.
