Swiss cheese with walnuts & mustard

3 tablespoons Sour cream
¼ teaspoon Dried tarragon, crumbled
½ cup Thinly sliced scallion
cup Coarsely grated Swiss cheese (about 1/2 pound)
½ cup Chopped walnuts, toasted lightly & cooled
Crackers as an accompaniment
