Tova's warm fruit compote

Ingredients

1 | pounds | Mixed dried fruit; cut into peices |
½ | cup | Sweet red wine |
2 | cans | Pineapple chunks or tidbits; (1lb each) |
2 | cans | Mandarin oranges |
1 | can | Cherry pie filling |
¼ | cup | Wine |
Directions
Pour the wine over the dried fruit. Add enough water to cover the fruit.
Soak overnight. Drain off the wine and put dried fruit in 9 x13 pan. Drain pineapple chunks, reserving ¼ cup of juice, and add them to the pan.
Drain the mandarine oranges and add to the pan. Add the pie filling, reserved pineapple juice, ¼ cup wine. Mix gently. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350.
