Vinegar basting sauce

Ingredients

2 | cups | Red wine vinegar |
2 | cups | Water |
⅓ | cup | Firmly packed brown sugar |
¼ | cup | Worcestershire sauce |
2 | tablespoons | Dry spice rub (see recipe above) |
½ | teaspoon | Hot sauce |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a medium-size bowl, stirring well. Cover and let mixture stand at room temperature 8 hours.
