Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Eckrich Smoked Sausage, sliced
1 can Dark red kidney beans, drained (15 1/2 oz)
1 can Thick and chunky salsa (16 oz)
Hot cooked rice
Sour cream
Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Combine Eckrich Smoked Sausage, beans and salsa in large skillet.

Bring to a boil over medium heat. Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until hot, stirring occasionally. Serve sausage mixture over rice and top with sour cream and parsley.
