1 | pounds | Eckrich Smoked Sausage, sliced |
1 | can | Dark red kidney beans, drained (15 1/2 oz) |
1 | can | Thick and chunky salsa (16 oz) |
Hot cooked rice | ||
Sour cream | ||
Fresh parsley, chopped |
Directions
Combine Eckrich Smoked Sausage, beans and salsa in large skillet.
Bring to a boil over medium heat. Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until hot, stirring occasionally. Serve sausage mixture over rice and top with sour cream and parsley.
