Zucchini-mushroom cheese melt - butter busters^

Ingredients

¼ pounds Sliced fresh mushrooms
1 each Tb liquid Butter Buds or fatfree chicken broth
2 cups Grated zucchini
¼ teaspoon Lite salt, optional
¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
teaspoon Oregano
1 cup Nonfat mozzarella cheese, grated
½ cup Egg Beaters

Directions

Brown mushrooms in Butter Buds in a nonstick pan. Stir in all the rest of the ingredients except cheese. Pout into a 1-qt. casserole dish that has been sprayed with a nonstick spray. Sprinkle cheese on top and stir into mixture. Bake at 350F. for about 25 minutes. Per serving: 48 cal., 0.2g fat (4%), 0mg chol., 1g fiber, 7g pro., 5g carb., 133mg sod.
