Quantity Ingredient
2 quarts Water
cup Brown sugar
cup Worcestershire sauce
cup Yellow mustard
1 quart Catsup
½ cup Black pepper
½ cup Dried red pepper flakes
3 quarts Red wine vinegar
1 quart White wine
cup Salt

Directions

Bring to boil and then simmer for about ½ hour. do not cook or store in aluminum store in glass. Makes 2 gallons.
