Baked turkey loaf

Ingredients

pounds Ground turkey
½ medium Onion; finely chopped
Celery stalk; finely chopped
¼ cup Fresh parsley; minced
1 tablespoon Bell pepper; finely chopped
½ cup Whole-wheat bread crumbs; toasted
¼ cup Skim milk; or chicken stock
Egg white; slightly beaten
¼ teaspoon Black pepper; freshly ground
¼ teaspoon Dried oregano; crushed
10 millilitres Garlic; crushed

Directions

PER SERVING

Mix all ingredients until just blended. Do not overmix. Press the mixture into a 4 x 9-inch nonstick loaf pan. Bake at 325F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Serve hot with Mushroom Glaze (see recipe same name) or serve cold. Makes 6 servings.
