Perfect turkey loaf

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 pounds Ground Turkey
3 slices Stale Bread; pulled into crumbs
2 Eggs; slightly beaten
1 medium Onion; minced
¼ cup Green Pepper; minced
2 tablespoons Prepared Horseradish
2 teaspoons Salt
1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
¼ cup Evaporated Milk
¾ cup Catsup

Directions

Lightly mix all ingredients except ½ cup of the catsup. Mold in a 9 x 5 x 3" loaf pan. Spread top with remaining ½ cup catsup. Bake in a preheated 375øF oven for 1¼ hours. Pour juices from pan. Unmold loaf onto a heated platter. If desired, use juices to make gravy.
