Baked turkey loaf (lf)

Ingredients

½ medium Onion -- finely chopped
Celery stalk -- finely
Chopped
¼ cup Fresh parsley -- minced
1 tablespoon Bell pepper -- finely
Chopped
½ cup Whole-wheat bread crumbs --
Toasted
¼ cup Skim milk -- or chicken
Stock
Egg white -- slightly
Beaten
¼ teaspoon Black pepper -- freshly
Ground
¼ teaspoon Dried oregano -- crushed
10 millilitres Garlic -- crushed

Directions

Mix all ingredients until just blended. Do not overmix. Press the mixture into a 4 x 9-inch nonstick loaf pan. Bake at 325F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Serve hot with Mushroom Glaze (see recipe same name) or serve cold. Makes 6 servings.
