Berry colada punch

1 can 15-oz. cream of coconut
1 pack Frozen strawberries; thawed
3 cups Pineapple juice; chilled
3 cups Club soda; chilled
1 cup Rum; optional

Directions

Process strawberries and cream of coconut in a blender until smooth; pour into a pitcher or large bowl. Stir in pineapple juice, club soda and, if desired, rum. Serve over crushed ice. Yield 2⅒/2 quarts.
