Berry colada punch

1 | can | 15-oz. cream of coconut |
1 | pack | Frozen strawberries; thawed |
3 | cups | Pineapple juice; chilled |
3 | cups | Club soda; chilled |
1 | cup | Rum; optional |
Directions
Process strawberries and cream of coconut in a blender until smooth; pour into a pitcher or large bowl. Stir in pineapple juice, club soda and, if desired, rum. Serve over crushed ice. Yield 2⅒/2 quarts.
