Cabbage with mustard sauce (aunt b's)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
pounds Shredded cabbage
1 ounce Butter
teaspoon Mustard
1 teaspoon Vinegar
2 tablespoons Vegetable water
½ teaspoon Sugar

Directions

Place shredded cabbage in pan with half a cupful of bouling salted water.Put lid on pan and boil fast for 7 to 10 minutes until tender without being mushy.Strain off and retain liquid and transfer cabbage to serving dish keeping hot.Melt butter in small pan add mustard and sugar, mix until smooth then add vinegar and water.Pour over the cabbage and serve immediately.
