STRAWBERRY SAUCE
1. First make the strawberry sauce. Remove all the green tops from the strawberries and blend in a blender with the honey and jam until smooth.
2. Peel and slice the bananas and squeeze lemon juice over them to stop them turning brown.
3. Peel and slice the kiwi fruit, peel the cantaloupe and cut into chunks, remove the tops from the strawberries and cut in half, lengthways. Cut the skin off the pineapple and cut into chunks.
4. Using wooden skewers, thread the fruits in any order you like, making sure that there is lots of colour.
5. To serve, put two skewers on each plate and drizzle with the strawberry sauce.
