Green beans italian (easy) - sl 1/87

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
16 ounces Can cut green beans; drained
1 small Onion; diced
14½ ounce Can Italian-style stewed tomatoes; undrained
cup (2.5 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

: Place beans in a lightly greased 1-½-quart casserole. Sprinkle onion over beans. Arrange stewed tomatoes evenly over onions.

: Bake, uncovered, at 350 F degrees for 30 minutes. Add cheese, and bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve immediately. Yield: 4 servings. Donna Taylor of Tennessee, in January, 1987"Southern Living". Typos by Jeff Pruett.
