Grilled sour cream burgers

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Commercial sour cream/French onion dip
3 tablespoons Fine dry breadcrumbs
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 dash Pepper
1 pounds Ground beef
4 eaches Hamburger buns; buttered and toasted
Commercial sour cream/French onion dip (optional)

Directions

Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl; mix well. Add ground beef; stir until blended. Shape into 4 patties about ½-inch thick. Grill over medium coals 6 to 8 minutes on each side. Serve on buns with additional sour cream dip, if desired. Yield: 4 servings.
