Ham 'n' cheddar cups

Ingredients

2 cups All-purpose flour
¼ cup Sugar
2 teaspoons Baking powder
1 teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
6 Eggs
1 cup Milk
½ pounds Fully cooked ham; cubed
½ pounds Cheddar cheese; diced or shredded
½ pounds Sliced bacon; cooked and crumbled
1 small Onion; finely chopped

Directions

In bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and pepper. Beat eggs and milk; stir into dry ingredients until well mixed. Stir in ham, cheese, bacon and onion. Fill well-greased muffin cups three-fourths full.

Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in cener comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack.
