Combine all ingredients and grind with a mortar and pestle. Store in a small herb jar. Makes 1¾ teaspoons.
If substituting fresh herbs for the dry in this mixture; triple the amount called for. As fresh is less potent than dried.
Per teaspoon: 285mg sodium Contains only trace amounts of other nutrients too small to evaluate.
