½ teaspoon Basil;
¼ teaspoon Thyme;
¼ teaspoon Dill weed;
¼ teaspoon Celery seed;
¼ teaspoon Salt;
¼ teaspoon Dried parsley;

Directions

Combine all ingredients and grind with a mortar and pestle. Store in a small herb jar. Makes 1¾ teaspoons.

If substituting fresh herbs for the dry in this mixture; triple the amount called for. As fresh is less potent than dried.
