Herbed tomatoes and green beans

Ingredients

1 | pack | (8 ounce) frozen cut green beans OR equiv. fresh, lightly cooked |
1 | cup | Chopped tomatoes |
1 | small | Onion, sliced, in rings |
1 | Clove garlic, minced | |
¼ | teaspoon | Oregano or basil leaves, crushed |
Directions
Place green bean box in Microwave to thaw or if using fresh, cook until bright green. In medium saucepan, combine beans with remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil. Simmer for 10-15 minutes or until beans are tender. Can serve topped with fresh cut parsley or basil. MC formatting by bobbi744@...
NOTES : Per serving: 30 cals., less than 1 g. fat. I added the tomatoes for only a few minutes, so they were only slightly cooked.
