1⅓ tablespoon Salt
1⅓ tablespoon Ground Coriander
3/16 tablespoon Coarse Ground Black
5 eaches Cloves pressed garlic
2 tablespoons Paprika
1 cup Cold water

Directions

pper Add 2 tsp crushed red peppers for HOT sausage.

Combine all ingredients, mix well and stuff into hog casing or make patties.
