3 TB White Wine Vinegar

1 TB fresh lemon juice

2 ts Dijon-style mustard

½ ts roasted garlic

½ ts kosher salt

1 TB light brown sugar or honey ½ c extra-virgin olive oil

In a bowl, whisk together all ingredients. Store any unused vinaigrette tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Yield: ¾ cup
