Meat filling for pasta

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 tablespoons Olive or salad oil
2 tablespoons Chopped onions
2 tablespoons Chopped green pepper
¼ pounds Pork sausage, casing
Removed
½ pounds Ground beef
2 tablespoons SAUCE FOR PASTA
¼ cup Soft bread crumbs
¼ pounds Grated Mozzarella cheese
½ tablespoon Chopped parsley
½ teaspoon Salt
1 dash Pepper

Directions

Crumble sausage meat & brown lightly in hot oil with onion, green pepper & ground beef. Drain off excess fat & cool mixture. When cooled, combine mixture with rest of ingredients, blending lightly but thoroughly. If too dry, a little more sauce may be added. Fill uncooked Manicotti using a tsp. or small rounded knife. Cook by following EASY METHOD.
