7 | pounds | HONEY DEW MELONS FRESH |
6¾ | pounds | PEACHES SLICE #2 1/2 |
6⅝ | pounds | PEARS #10 |
Directions
1. DRAIN PEACHES AND PEARS. RESERVE JUICES. CUT FRUIT INTO ¾ INCH PIECES.
2. USE FRESH, PEELED MELON, FRESH HONEYDEW MELON. PEEL AND SEED MELON.
CUT INTO ¾ INCH PIECES. COMBINE WITH ORANGES.
3. QUICKLY COMBINE APPLES WITH MELON AND ORANGES; MIX THOROUGHLY.
4. COVER; REFRIGERATE UNTIL READY TO SERVE.
