Molded ham and parsley salad

2 Unflavored gelatin
½ cup Cold water
2 cans Chicken broth
4 cups Coarsely chopped baked ham
2 tablespoons Tarragon wine vinegar
2 cloves Garlic; minced or pressed
1 Shallot; finely chopped
teaspoon Ground cloves
teaspoon Allspice
½ cup Fresh parsley; finely chopped
1 Butter or boston lettuce
1 Radishes (for garnish)
