Oyster stew #1

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Thin cream or white sauce
3 Potatoes; diced
3 Ribs celery; chopped
1 Onion; chopped
1 pint Oysters

Directions

Boil potatoes, celery and onion in small amount of water. When tender, drain and add to cream sauce. Boil oysters in small amount of water until they curl. Drain and add to cream sauce. Simmer a few minutes. Milk may be added if soup is too thick.
