Pineapple-apricot jam

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
7 cups Sliced fresh apricots
3 cups Crushed pineapple (& juice)
5 cups Sugar

Directions

Mix apricots with sugar and pineapple. Cook until thick (about 25 minutes). Pour into sterilized half-pint jars to within ¼ inch of top.

Put on cap, screw band firmly tight. Process in boiling water bath ten minutes.
