Pops poppy-seed slaw

Ingredients

1 Cabbage; shredded
1 cup Grated carrots
¼ cup Chopped onion
¼ cup Chopped celery
2 tablespoons Chopped sweet red pepper
½ teaspoon Poppy seed
2 tablespoons Sugar
2 tablespoons Salad oil
2 tablespoons White vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

In a medium bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, onion, celery, red peppers and poppy seed. In a small jar with a tight fitting lid combine oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Shake until well combined and then pour over cabbage mixture. Toss all ingredients well.
