1 | Beaten egg | |
¼ | cup | Milk |
2 | tablespoons | Lemon juice (up to) |
14 | Unsalted soda crackers (crushed) | |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
3 | Sprinkles pepper; more or less | |
1 | dash | Celery salt |
1 | dash | Seafood seasoning (optional) |
1 | tablespoon | Chopped onion (optional) |
Directions
From: "Elizabeth G. Trondsen" <etrondse@...> Date: Mon, 12 Jun 1995 14:16:08 GMT Mix all ingredients together in medium sized mixing bowl using hands or a spoon. Pat into greased loaf pan and sprinkle with dried parsley. Bake in preheated 350 F oven for about 20 minutes (or cook in microwave oven for about 7 min.). Serves 1-2.
Hint: I usually always double the recipe, since using only 1 tin of salmon can only serve 1-2 if the people are just moderately hungry! REC.FOOD.RECIPES ARCHIVES
