Spicy tejas barbecue sauce

Ingredients

1 cup Catsup
cup Chopped Onion
½ cup Brown Sugar
2 + Jalapeno Chiles**
¼ cup Lime Juice
2 Cloves Garlic, finely
Chopped
2 tablespoons Ground Red Chiles
12 ounces Tomato Paste
1 tablespoon Corn Oil
12 ounces Beer
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

Directions

Heat all ingredients to boiling in a 2 quart saucepan. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

**You may also use the canned Chipotle peppers for a truly different spicy flavor.
