½ | cup | Brown sugar -- firmly |

2 | tablespoons | Ground red chiles |
1 | tablespoon | Vegetable oil |
1 | tablespoon | Worcestershire sauce |
1½ | cup | Chopped onion |
2 | Jalapenos -- finely chopped | |
2 | Cloves garlic -- finely | |
Chopped | ||
12 | ounces | Tomato paste |
12 | ounces | Beer, any brand |
Directions
* Jalapeno chiles should be seeded and finely chopped. Heat all ingredients to boiling in a 2 quart saucepan; reduce heat to low.
Cover= and simmer 1 hour; stirring occasionally.
Makes about 5 cups of sauce.
