1 | each | Prepared tray |
1 | tablespoon | Clover seed |
Water to 3 times seeds |
Directions
Use 1 tablespoon seeds in a quart jar, or tray sprout, which will yield about 2 cups of sprouts. Soak for 8 hours.
Rinse 2 to 3 times daily for 4 to 6 days. Move the jar into the sunlight to green.
Harvest when sprouts are 1-½ to 2 inches long. Use in salads, sandwiches,
and juices. To use in baked goods, harvest the sprouts after just 2 days.
