Steamed fresh ham

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 pounds Fresh ham
tablespoon Sugar
4 tablespoons Sherry

Directions

1. Place fresh ham in a heatproof dish and steam on a rack 1 hour. (See HOW-TO SECTION).

2. Add sugar and sherry. Steam 1 hour more.

3. Let ham cool slightly, then slice and serve.
