Ingredients

½ cup Evaporated skim milk
2 eaches Tb cider or wine vinegar
1 each Tb lemon juice
½ cup Tomato sauce
1 teaspoon Chopped onion
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
¼ teaspoon Lite salt, optional
¼ teaspoon Pepper
2 teaspoons Finely chopped parsley

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Process until thoroughly mixed.
