Westport room salad - butter busters ^

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 clove Garlic, crushed
1 each Tb (to3) fatfree Parmesan cheese (Alpine Lace or Weight Watchers)
1 cup Kraft fatfree mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
2 eaches Tb lemon juice
½ each Head cauliflower
½ each Head lettuce
1 bunch Fresh spinach, cleaned and torn
1 cup Pepperidge Farms seasoned stuffing cubes

Directions

Blend all ingredients except cauliflower, lettuce, spinach and stuffing cubes. Refrigerate at least one hour. Grate half a head of cauliflower and refrigerate covered. Pour dressing over lettuce and spinach. Sprinkle cauliflower over top tand toss. Top with stuffing cubes. Per serving: 54 cal., 0.2g fat (3%), 0mg chol., 2g fiber, 2g pro., 12g carb., 450mg sod.
