Cream cheese pound cake^

cup Softened butter
1 pack (8oz) cream cheese,
Softened
3 cups Sugar
6 larges Eggs
teaspoon Vanilla
3 cups Flour
teaspoon Salt

Directions

Beat butter nad cream cheese until creamy. Slowly add sugar, beat 5-7 minutes. Add eggs one at a time, beating just until yellow disappears. Mix vanilla in well.

Slowly beat in combined flour and salt just until blended. Pour into a greased and floured 10" tube pan. Place in 300f. oven along with a 2 cup ovenproof glass measuring cup and bake 1½ hours or utnil tests done. Cool in pan on rack 10-15 minutes; remove from pan and finish cooling on rack.
