Garlic and rosemary pork tenderloin

3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons Olive oil
5 teaspoons Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb Seasoning
1 tablespoon Crushed fresh rosemary
¾ pounds Pork tenderloin

Directions

Combine first 4 ingredients. Spray oven proof skillet with cooking spray.

Cook pork over medium high heat until evenly browned. Brush with mustard mixture. Place in a 450 degree oven and roast 10 minutes or until desired doneness. Garnish with fresh rosemary. Yield: 4 servings.
