Orange-whole wheat breakfast bread

1 | cup | Bread Flour |
2 | tablespoons | Wheat Germ |
1 | tablespoon | Dry Milk |
1 | tablespoon | Sugar |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
1 | teaspoon | Grated Orange Peel |
1¼ | teaspoon | Bread Machine Yeast |
Directions
Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
Select Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or Light crust color. DO NOT USE DELAY CYCLES. Remove baked bread from pan and cool on wire rack.
