3 cups Self rising lfour
1 cup Sugar*
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 litre Beer
½ cup Egg Beaters
1 each Tb liquid Butter Buds

Directions

*Or use ½ cup sugar and 6 packets Sweet 'n Low In a large bowl combine all of the ingredients and mix well with a hand beater. Pour into two loaf pans that have been sprayed with a nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 350F for 40 minutes. Brush liquid Butter Buds on top after removing from oven. Serve warm. Serving size is one slice. Per sugar serving: 94 cal., 0.2g fat (2%), 0mg chol., 0.4g fiber, 2g pro., 20g carb., 223mg sod. Per S&L serving: 78 cal., 16g carb.
