Potatoes with lemon butter (microwave)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 tablespoons Butter
pounds Sliced, waxy potatoes
Salt and pepper
5 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons Chopped fresh dill

Directions

Melt the butter in a bowl in the microwave for 1 minute on high.

Put the potatoes on a dish and season with salt and pepper. Pour the melted butter and lemon juice over. Cover and microwave on high for 17 minutes.

Leave to stand for 5 minutes, sprinkle with chopped dill and serve.
