Scalloped potatoes ala joyce

Ingredients

1 | large | Package hash-brown potatoes |
1 | can | Cream of potato soup |
1 | can | Cream of celery soup |
Salt & pepper | ||
Parsley flakes | ||
Paprika | ||
Chopped onions, optional | ||
Chopped gr.peppers, optional |
Directions
Mix together everything except parsley and paprika. Let sit until it mixes easily. Put into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle paprika and parsley on top. Bake at 300 degrees for 1½ hours.
