Smothered steak strips

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 pounds Chuck roast; cut in 1\" strip
½ cup Flour
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper
1 large Onion
2 larges Green peppers
½ cup Ketchup
1 cup Barbecue sauce
½ cup Water
4 ounces Mushrooms, canned
1 tablespoon Molasses
2 tablespoons Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Soy sauce

Directions

Preparation Time: 0:30 Place steak strips, flour, salt, and pepper in slow cooker. Stir well to co steak. Slice onions and pepper very thin. Add the rest of the ingredients. Cover, cook on high for 1 hour, low for 8 hours.

Serve over rice, noodles, potatoes, or with crusty bread. Also makes a good sandwich filling.
