Tropical ham plate with basil honey

5½ | teaspoon | Basil |
6 | ounces | Thinly sliced Canadian bacon |
1 | each | Peeled and cored pineapple |
¼ | cup | Lime juice |
2 | eaches | Kiwi fruit |
2 | tablespoons | Honey |
Directions
YIELD: 4 SERVINGS
Heat oil in a wide frying pan over medium-high heat. Add bacon and cook turning once, until lightly browned (about 3 minutes).
Meanwhile, mix lime juice, honey, and basil; set aside. Slice pineapple crosswise about ⅓" thick. Peel kiwi fruit and slice crosswise about ¼" thick. Arrange pineapple, kiwis, and bacon on individual plates. Drizzle with honey mixture.
