Tuna fish sauce with bow ties

2 | Garlic cloves, crushed | |
3 | Anchovy fillets | |
1 | can | Tuna with oil |
8 | Fresh plum tomatoes, chopped | |
2 | tablespoons | Mint leaves, chopped |
½ | pounds | Bow ties, pasta |
Salt/pepper |
Directions
Saute garlic, salt, and pepper to a pale color. Add anchovies, crush with a wooden spoon. Add tuna with oil. Break into flakes, stir and saute 2-3 minutes. Add tomatoes and mint leaves. Simmer for 15 minutes covered.
Uncover and simmer 5 minutes longer. Serve over bow ties cooked al dente.
