Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 can Salmon
1 cup Cracker or bread crumbs
½ cup Butter
3 Eggs, well beaten
1 cup Milk
Salt & pepper

Directions

Butter and flour a pan. Warm the milk and butter. Add salmon, picked fine, crumbs, eggs and salt and pepper to taste. Pour into the pan and put it in a double boiler and steam for 2 hours. Serve hot or cold. Excellent for sandwiches. Many of the recipes in this collection did not contain amounts or oven temperatures. I have typed them in as they appear in the book, typos and all.
