Peas 'n' salmon loaf

Ingredients

2 cans Salmon,drained(15.5oz ea)
2 Eggs,beaten
1 tablespoon Onion,chopped
2 teaspoons Lemon juice
½ teaspoon Salt
½ cup Cracker crumbs,fine
1 can Peas,drained(8.5oz)
¼ cup Tomato catsup

Directions

1. Combine in a mixing bowl salmon, eggs, onion, lemon juice, salt and cracker crumbs.

2. Carefully fold in peas.

3. Pack into a greased 1½-quart loaf pan; bake in a preheated 350'F. oven 30 minutes.

4. Spread loaf with catsup; bake 5 minutes longer.
